Al Keizer, PT Clinic Director
Al is a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 18 years of experience. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and McKenzie trained in back care. Al has been with Progressive Step since 1997 when he opened the Monroe Clinic.
Danyel Speich, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Danyel joined Progressive Step in June 2010. She is a graduate of Blackhawk Technical College. Danyel is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Beverly Hanson
Patient Service Coordinator
Bev handles all patient admissions, records, scheduling, billing, insurance verifications,
referrals and accounts payable along with many other accounting office tasks. Bev joined
the staff in 1997.
Melissa Kindschi
Patient Service Coordinator
Melissa joined Progressive Step in October 2010. She handles patient scheduling, insurance verifications, filing, billing and other office tasks.
